November 22nd thru December 29th. Available VIP tour booking times are 6pm, 630pm, 7pm, 7:30pm, 8pm, 830pm, 9pm, 930pm and 10pm.

Yes. You may book an entire shuttle privately. The cost is $675 and seats up to 25 people.

Your VIP tour includes, (1) 25-minute ride through the Franktown Festival of Lights on our Christmas Shuttle, access to Santa's Village, free parking, fast pass access on the shuttle with no waiting in long lines and a group photo opportunity.

When do we need to Arrive for our Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tour?
You will need to arrive approximately 30-25 minutes before your tour to ensure everyone gets checked in and signs a waiver. Online waiver located here
Is there an age limit for the Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tour?
Yes, we recommend the tour is for ages from 4 - 75 years of age.
How long is the VIP Tour?
The tour is approximately 25 minutes long. Traffic in the Christmas display route does affect tour time length.
Are the Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tours refundable?
Yes, you can receive a full refund if you cancel your tour 7 days before your tour. Anything under 7 days is non-refundable. The only time we will issue refunds if it's within the 7-day window, is if the shuttle can not mechanically perform
a tour, severe weather conditions or a lack of staffing to perform the tour.
Is there a deposit to hold the shuttle?
No. If you would like to rent the shuttle for a private tour, full payment is due up front. All money is held in an escrow account in case you do a refund within the refund window time frame.
If, I do require a refund, when can I expect it?
All refunds will be returned into the purchaser's bank account no later than 3-5 business days.
Can you book a shuttle on demand?
No, all bookings must be made online and in advance. You may also call us to see if there are any openings for the next day. 615-433-5594
Are we allowed to bring food and drink onto the Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tour?
Yes, you can bring food and drink onto the shuttle. If you are going to bring adult beverages we encourage people to rent a private shuttle to do so.
